RAFI LISKER

A dual US-Israeli citizen, Rafi was recognized by the US Department of Justice as an official Victim Of Overseas Terror (VOT) Attack that occurred on Hanukkah/Christmas eve 2016. In what has been deemed by the press as a true-to-life "Holiday Miracle", Rafi survived a multiple-stabbing attack by an armed terrorist who infiltrated the Israeli Town of Efrat located just South of Bethlehem. The armed terrorist whom Rafi heroically fought-off singlehandedly, has been reportedly affiliated with - and trained by- the Hamas terrorist organization. The armed Hamas terrorist, valiantly fought-off by Rafi barehandedly, remained at-large for over two years until finally captured by the Israeli Shin-Bet Security Service in March 2019.
